John Cameron is the founder and CEO of The Networking Effect. After 15 years in the telecommunications industry in various executive and sales management roles, John moved into the world of small business. In 2005, he launched SuiteWorks Business Center, the first of its kind in Central Ontario.
Through his experience at SuiteWorks, John discovered a gap in the small business community. There was no good way for small business people to network efficiently and conveniently within their busy schedules. The Networking Effect was conceived. The challenges that emerge from a growing technology company are what keep John excited. His greatest passion is helping young people to take on projects and problems and seeing them achieve incredible results. John is always energized by his teams' passion and commitment to The Networking Effect.
John studied Economics and Statistics at the University of Alberta and in addition to his corporate background, he has been very active with professional boards over the years.

Donald M. Cameron, is a tech-savvy Chartered Accountant, and has the most experience of any CA providing business and financial advice to owners of Canadian small business.
While building the technical skill set, and experience necessary to add value to a client’s financial and business team over the last 30 years, his resume includes: Managing Partner KPMG; Client and Tax Partner KPMG; CFO RBC Global Private Banking; Entrepreneur who has experienced both success and disappointment, gaining invaluable insight from both; Investor; and Board Member of both Private and Public Companies; Also, and extremely important...being a small business owner himself, Don has and continues to experience the very challenges that clients face every day.

Donald brings a great mix of education and experience to the team and to our members. Donald is proud to be a part of a great team and was instrumental in our beginnings and continues to be a force as we move forward.
Frannie Fasken, Member Care Manager, Head of Administration
Frannie has always understood the need for excellent customer service as integral to the success of a company. Throughout her career, she has made sure to keep the customer’s point of view at the forefront of the decision making process. As Manager of Member Care and Administration with The Networking Effect, Frannie combines her analytical mind and scientific background, with creativity to ensure both her team and the members are supported and satisfied.
Claudia Diaz, Acting Member Care Manager/HR Manager
A graduate of the Human Resources Management Post-Graduate Program at Georgian College, Claudia has proven experience in clerical, legal and Human Resources administration. Her diverse education and foreign legal background have given her an assorted insight and analytical perspective. She is focused on contributing to the bottom-line results of the company through best practices in human resources management, customer service coordination as well as managing several projects from initiation to end and performing market research and analysis as required.

Beth is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Masters of Information Science. Her career includes non-profit environments and customer service has always been the number one priority. Beth prides herself on educating the users so they are then empowered to use technology to broaden their own networking resources.
